摘　　要：深化校企合作、产教融合是高等职业院校进一步可持续发展的必由之路。由于我国缺乏完善的校企合作机制,影响了校企合作的深度、质量及持续性。本文针对高等职业教育校企合作创新机制进行探索与实践,明确了校企合作企业和专业的选择标准,明确了校企合作的原则、目的,明确了校企合作权利和义务等。完善政府服务管理机制,完善企业参与的激励机制,改革职业院校办学机制,完善的相关法律法规体系,从而建立政府、企业和学校三方共同参与的校企合作创新机制。Deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration between production and teaching is the necessary way for further sustainable development in higher vocational colleges. China lacks a comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, so the cooperation depth, quality and sustain- ability between schools and enterprises are affected. Aiming at the exploration and practice on the innovationmechanisms of cooperation between school and enterprise in higher vocational education, professional selection standard of the cooperation businesses between school and enterprise is defined, and the principles and the rights and obligations of school-enterprise cooperation are also clarified. Perfect the management mechanism of government service, perfect the incentive mechanism of enterprises, improve the establishment mechanism of vocational colleges, improve the related legal system, so asto establish the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism participated by government, enterprises and schools.
