摘　　要：党的十八大提出将立德树人作为教育的根本任务,确立了我国高等教育改革和发展的方向。立德树人有着丰富而深刻的内涵,通过文献资料和综合分析,结合体育院校大学生的特点,对当前体育院校辅导员工作进行了研究,对立德树人目标下体育院校辅导员工作进行重新审视,分析了当前体育学院校辅导员工作所面临的挑战,提出了体育院校辅导员落实立德树人根本任务的路径。h is proposed to take morality education as the fundamental task of education in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which has established the direction of Chinese higher education reform and development. Morality education has rich and profound connotations. This paper, based on the literature and comprehensive analysis and combining with the characteristics of sports colleges and universities students, has reviewed sports college counselors＇work, analyzed their challenges and given methods for counselors to implement the fundamental target of morality education.
