ESP教学环境下高职英语教师的专业化发展研究

摘　　要：随着现代职业教育的发展,专门针对行业和特殊用途而开展的ESP教学以学习者的特定需求为目标,更适用于高职英语教学。在ESP教学环境下,高职英语教师除了能够进行普通英语或者基础英语的教学,更要满足高职院校学生未来专业岗位的英语教学需求。本课题试从ESP教学概念及特征入手,就目前高职英语教师的师资现状进行调查分析,探索高职英语教师专业化发展的必要性及有效途径。With the development of modern vocational education, ESP teaching, developing intentionally at industrial and special usage set its target for learners given request proves suitable for vocational English teaching, Under the teaching circumstances of ESP, in additional to executing common English or basic English teaching, vocational English teachers should meet the demand of English istics of English teaching request for students＇future specialty post. Starting from the concept and characterESP, the theme attempted to hold investigational analysis on current status of vocational teachers to explore necessities as to specialization development of vocational teachers and its effective access.
