摘 要:通过比较超临界CO_2体系氢化和高压体系氢化两种技术生产氢化大豆浓缩磷脂,得出超临界CO_2氢化技术的优势,进而对超临界CO_2氢化大豆浓缩磷脂的氢化主设备100 L超临界CO_2氢化反应釜进行设计,以生产稳定性高的氢化大豆浓缩磷脂产品,所得氢化大豆浓缩磷脂为微黄色,碘值(I)为30.26 g/100 g,反式脂肪酸含量为11.2%,同时产品的抗氧化性增强,有利于加工、运输、储藏。The advantages of supercritical CO2 hydrogenation were obtained by comparing supercritical CO2 hydrogenation system with high -pressure hydrogenation system in producing hydrogenated soybean phospholipids concentrate. The supercritical CO2 hydrogenation reactor( 100 L), which was the main equipment for hydrogenation of soybean phospholipids concentrate by supercritical CO2 was designed to produce hydrogenated soybean phospholipids concentrate products with good stability. The hydrogenated soybean phospholipids concentrate obtained was light yellow, its iodine value was 30.26 gI/100 g, and the content of trans fatty acids was 11.2%. At the same time, its antioxidant ability was enhanced, which was benificial for processing, transportation and storage.
