卡梅伦政府教育管理体制改革探讨

摘　　要：2010年5月,由英国保守党和自由民主党组建的卡梅伦联合政府上台执政,这是英国历史上为数不多的联合政府。卡梅伦上台后就把"责任"二字置于首要地位,其中实行教育问责制成为卡梅伦政府教育管理体制改革的重要举措。教育管理体制改革包括:确保清晰透明的信息公开,强化教育标准局的权威性,制定专业的学校管理标准等,这些措施对于我国当前教育管理体制改革无疑具有借鉴意义。In May 2010, the Cameron coalition government which was made up of the British Conservative Party and the Liberal Democratic Party came to power, which is a rare case of the United Kingdom in the history of the United government. Cameron put the word ＂responsibility＂ in a very important position when he came to power. So the reform of education accountability system has become an important step in the reform of education in the Cameron administration. The Cameron administration＇s education management system reform aims to ensure more clear and transparent ilfformation, establish a strong steering group and develop more professional school management standards, which are good reference for improving the current education management reform system in China.
