构建留学生烧伤病房教学质量评价体系的探索

摘　　要：医学留学生教育是医学院校走向国际化一流水平的标志,是一个国家大学教育国际化的重要指标,完善、科学的教学管理体制是留学生教育迈向成功的保证。其中完善、合理的教学质量评价体系是检验教学效果、不断改善教学水平的重要方面。本文总结了近年来第二军医大学在留学生临床培训和教学方面的经验,结合烧伤外科学病房教学实践特色,逐渐形成了一套兼具个性化、多元化特色的教学质量评价体系,在临床教学中收到了良好效果。Abstract： The clinical foreign students＇ education is a sign of the internationalization of medical uni- versity, and also an important indicator of the internationalization of higher education for the country. The perfect teaching management system is the guarantee for the success of international students＇ education and particular for the evaluation system. This paper introduces the teaching evaluation sys- tem with the characteristics of individuality and diversity in burn surgery o~ Changhai hospital, which formed from the experience in clinical training and teaching of foreign students in Second Military Medical University in recent vears.
