西部农村教师专业知识拓展的对策研究——基于城乡教育统筹背景

摘  要:采用自编问卷就西部农村教师专业发展问题对我国成渝地区农村中小学教师进行调查,并查阅了西部农村教育相关文献,发现西部农村教师存在职后学历虚高、教育观念落后、教育理论水平较低、知识结构不合理、教学能力不足等诸多问题。文章有针对性地提出了营造专业知识拓展环境、逐步提升专业知识水平、不断优化专业知识结构、稳步提高知识运用能力、监控专业知识拓展质量等在城乡教育统筹背景下西部农村教师专业知识拓展的对策。To research western rural teachers' professional development,this paper uses self-designed questionnaires to investigate rural primary and middle school teachers in Chengdu and Chongqing. According to the relevant literature of western rural education,it finds many problems for western rural teachers,such as false education background,backwardness of educational concept,low level of educational theory,unreasonable structure of knowledge,insufficiency of teaching ability,etc. To solve these problems in the background of overall urban-rural education,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for western rural teachers' professional knowledge development:building professional knowledge developing environment,improving the professional knowledge level,optimizing the professional knowledge structure,improving the knowledge application ability,and monitoring the development quality.
