摘　　要：介绍了学生助教的概念及大学基础实验教学中学生助教的选拔、培训与考核聘用过程。通过比较分析,对大学基础实验教学中学生助教参与教学的意义和改进措施做了初步实践。The paper introduces the concept of student teaching assistant.Then it describes the selection,training,and assessment and employment process of student teaching assistants in university foundation experiment teaching.By making comparative analysis,we discuss the significance for student teaching assistants to participate in university foundation experiment teaching and improving methods.
