摘  要:基于有限体积法,采用流体动力学计算软件建立动车组通过带有套衬隧道的空气动力学模型,运用滑移网格技术数值模拟了动车组通过隧道时的三维非定常可压缩外流场,分析套衬位置和厚度对车体表面、隧道壁面压力的影响,并与试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:套衬位于隧道入口时,车体表面压力变化最大,比无套衬时增加6.58%,套衬位于隧道出口时,车体表面的压力变化最小;套衬位置对隧道内压力分布规律影响较小,隧道壁面压力变化最大值均出现在距进口1 492 m附近,套衬位于隧道入口时,大多数监测点的压力均最大,套衬位于隧道出口时,隧道壁面大多数监测点的压力相对较小;相对于无套衬时,压力变化最大值增幅为2.44%,降幅可达2.03%;随着套衬厚度的增加,隧道壁面、车体表面压力变化最大值不断增加,比无套衬时分别增加约4.39%和7.90%。The aerodynamic model of EMU( Electric Mutiple Units) passing tunnel with added lining was established based on the finite volume method by computational fluid dynamics software. The 3D unsteady compressible flow field of the model was simulated by applying dynamic mesh technology. Influence oflocation and thickness of added lining on pressure on train body and lining surface was analyzed,and was compared with test results. The research results show that when added lining is located at tunnel entrance,pressure on train body is maximum,and is increased by 6. 58% relative to tunnel without added lining. When added lining is located at tunnel exit,pressure on train body is minimum. The location of added lining has a little influence on the distribution law of pressure in tunnel. The maximum pressure fluctuation on lining is appeared at the location 1 492 m from tunnel entrance. Pressures on most monitory points are maximum while added lining is located at tunnel entrance,and are smaller while added lining is located at tunnel exit.The maximum pressure fluctuation is increased by 2. 44% or decreased by 2. 03%. Maximum pressure fluctuations on train body and lining surface increase with the increasing of added lining thickness. Maximum pressure fluctuation on train body is increased by 4. 39%,and that on lining surfuce is increased by 7. 90% relate to tunnel without added lining.
