摘　　要：益生元因其特殊的理化性质和保健功能生理特性广泛应用于特膳食品领域,其产品得到广大消费者的青睐,促进了特膳的发展。本文详细介绍了益生元在特膳食品领域中的应用。It is well know that the prebiotics was widely used in the field of foods for special dietary uses for its physicochemical characteristics and health functions. The products of prebiotics was being favour by the vast number of consumers. And the special dietary food industry was promoted by it. This paper introduces in detail the application ofprebiotics in the field of foods for special dietary uses.
