摘 要:学界对农村职业教育供给与需求现状的研究主要集中在供需的主体与形式、目的与内容以及基本特征等几个方面。供给主体主要包括学校、政府和民间,需求主体则可以分为个人需求和社会需求;与供给主体相关的供给方式呈多样化的趋势,但与人们的期待存在现实的差距。供给目的可概述为新型农民培训以及新农村建设两个方面,需求目的则可分为学术需求、物质生活需求以及社会地位的提升;供给的内容对三大产业均有涉及,但仍然无法满足多样化的个体与社会需求。当前,供给呈现主体多元化、内容多样化等特征,但供给渠道较为有限、供给内容不平衡以及有效供给不足;需求前景较为广阔,多元化趋势凸显,同时具有明显的差异性与趋利性,但对需求潜力的挖掘仍然不够充分。The academic research on the demand and supply status of rural vocational education is focused on body and form,purpose and content,the basic characteristics and so on. Main supply includes schools, government and civil society, and the main demand can be divided into individual and social needs; and the supplier way is related to supply diversified trend, but there exists the gap between people's expectations. Supply object can be summarized as training and building a new countryside of new farmers,and the purpose of the demand can be divided into academic needs, material needs of life and social status; the contents of the three major industries supply are involved, but it is still unable to meet the diverse needs of the individual and society. At present, the feature is the supply of the main diversification, content diversity and other characteristics, but the supply channels are limited, with imbalanced supply and ineffective supply; the demand prospect is broad, diversified trend highlights. At the same time it has obvious differences and benefits, but the demand for the potential of the mining is still not enough.
