摘  要:根据人社部职业技能鉴定中心立项课题对技工院校职业指导现状的专项调查,分析了技工院校职业指导教师的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了技工院校职业指导师资专业化发展的对策:构建职业指导教师专业化发展平台;教师持证上岗,规范职业指导;提高教师职业指导能力,加强专业技能训练;构建灵活的、有针对性的培训模式。According to the special investigation on the teaching faculty for career guidance in mechanic colleges from The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Professional Skill Appraisal Center, the current situation and existing problems of the teaching faculty for career guidance in mechanic colleges are analyzed in this paper. Based on these, the specialized development countermeasures towards the teaching faculty are also put forward, which include building professional development platform for career guidance teachers; teaching with certificates; standardizing vocational guidance; improving career guidance teachers' ability; strengthening professional skills training and creating flexible, targeted training mode.
