摘 要:协同创新机制是新时期我国高等教育发展的新方向,同时协同创新机制的发展也是创新型国家开展高等教育的必然模式。高等职业教育的协同创新机制是调动政府、学校、企业、行业共同参与的新机制。高等职业教育构建政校企行协同创新机制,包括协同创新机制利益的分享性、协同创新机制人才的共用性、协同创新机制的"产学服用"、协同创新机制的"学生上岗"和协同创新机制的资源共享。政校企行各方要主动承担相应的职责,构建双赢的联合机制,推动高等职业教育的可持续发展。The collaborative innovation mechanism is a new direction of higher education development in China, and meanwhile the development of the mechanism is also an inevitable mode for an innovative country to carry out higher education. The collaborative innovation mechanism of higher vocational education is a new mechanism to encourage the joint participation of government, schools, enterprises and industries. The innovation mechanism of government, schools, enterprises and industries built by higher vocational education includes the sharing of benefits and human resources of the collaborative innovation mechanism, "production and study for use" and "students' employment" of the mechanism, and the resources sharing of the mechanism. Every party of government, schools, enterprises and industries should take the initiative to assume the corresponding responsibility to build a win-win joint mechanism and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
