摘  要:伴随着改革开放和经济发展,《职业教育法》规制下的我国职业教育领域取得了一定的成效,但也存在立法修订滞后、司法执行不力、社会建设协同不够等弊端,需要坚持并发展利益相关者理论、公共产品理论、理性选择理论、法治理论等时代价值和取向,按照党的十八大确立的"法治中国"的总体设计,从法律的内涵和外延着手,努力构建出以法制化建设为主要手段、全社会协同发展的时代路径。With the reform and opening-up and the economic development, the vocational education in China has achieved some successes under "Vocational Education Law", but there still exist such shortcomings as the legislation and amendment lag, the weak judicial execution and the insufficient construction of social coordination. It is necessary to adhere to and develop the era value and orientation of the theories of stakeholders, public products, rational choices and rule by law, and in accordance with the overall design of "China ruled by law" established by the 18th National Congress of the CPC we should strain to build the era path with the legal construction as a key means and the cooper- ative development of the whole society, starting from the connotation and extension of the law.
