摘　　要：校企合作是高等职业教育适应企业生产,科技进步和经济社会发展的客观选择。课题从校企合作的形式、内涵、实现途径、运行机制等方面进行了实证研究,对改进教育方法,提升教学效果发挥了重要作用。School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of objective selection, which adapts the production of higher vocational education,technological progress and economic and social development. This paper has studied school-enterprise cooperation from the form,the content,the implementation approach and the operating mechanism. It has played an important role on the improvement of educational methods and enhances teaching effectiveness.
