摘  要:建立了UPLC-MS-MS测定白酒中辛硫磷含量的测定方法。试样以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇和5m M乙酸铵水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应(MRM)模式检测。结果表明,辛硫磷在10~200ng/m L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)为0.998。3个添加水平的回收率范围为98.50%~101.80%,相对标准偏差均控制在5%以内。方法简单快捷、准确可靠,可用于白酒产品质量安全控制和风险评估。A sensitive method based on UPLC- MS- MS has been developed for the determination of phoxim in liquor. The sample was loaded onto a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)by gradient elution using 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution/methanol as mobile phase in ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC), followed by multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM). The linear range of standard curve for phoxim is from 10 to 200ng/m L, and the linear relationship was 99.8%. The spiked recoveries are within 98.5%~101.8% in three level of standard addition among linear range of standard curve. Then, the relative standard deviation(RSD) are controlled below 5%. The method is simple, quick, accurate and reliable, and can be used for liquor product quality safety control and risk assessment.
