民办高校网络编辑专业人才培养多维路径探究

摘　　要：本文从产学一体化、教育职业化的视角探讨民办高校网络编辑专业人才培养多维合作。网络编辑专业人才培养向企业需求靠拢,按照市场需要安排教学任务,设置网络媒体岗位群,实施全真环境下的情境式教学;学校充分利用企业从业人员的行业背景、经验和技能,传授学生岗位技能;同时加强职业资格证书考核平台建设和毕业论文设计,达到学院和企业的互惠互赢。From the perspective of production- study integration and education vocationalization, this paper explores the multidimensional cooperation of web edition talent cultivation in private colleges. Web edition talent cultivation should be in line with enterprise demands, arranging teaching tasks in accordance with market demands, establishing a web media job group and implementing real- situation teaching; colleges should make full use of the industrial background, experience and skills of enterprise workers, in order to impart occupational skills to students; meanwhile, we should also enhance the construction of a professional qualification certificate evaluation platform. The aim of the above measures is to achieve the mutual benefit between colleges and enterprises.
