摘  要:"国培计划"中顶岗实习最大特点是师范实习生以全职教师的身份进行各项教育、教学活动,实习分散并且实习时间长。顶岗实习提高了师范生教学理论与实践相结合的能力,提高了师范生的独立生活、工作能力和综合素质,提高了师范生的教学技能,为师范生的教师生涯奠定了基础,增强了服务农村基础教育的信心。但是实习过程中也存在着一些值得反思的问题。The most prominent feature of in-post practice in the "national training program" is that normal university students carry out education and teaching activities as full-time teachers.Their practice is scattered but lasts a long period. In-post practice can improve normal university students’ ability to combine teaching theories with practice, improve their independent life,working ability and comprehensive quality and improve their teaching skills, so as to lay a foundation for their future teaching career and enhance their confidence in serving rural basic education. But in the practice, there are some issues worthy of reflection.
