摘 要:本研究采取理论与实证相结合的研究方法,从实践教学教师队伍的现状及问题、影响实践教学教师队伍发展的主、客观因素、实践教师的来源及构成以及转型高校教师在提高实践教学技能方面所遇到的困难等方面展开论述,对应用型本科高校的实践教学教师队伍进行了分析和思考,以期对现代职业教育体系背景下实践教学的教师队伍建设提供思考和借鉴。The key to cultivating talents of applied universities is practice teaching and the key to carrying out quality teaching there lies in the teachers. Teachers of practice teaching are the main force of teaching staff of applied universities, whose quality and level decide educational quality of the school. This paper explores issues concerning practice teaching teachers in applied colleges and universities applying empirical methods combined with theoretical study. To be exact, it discusses its status quota, problems, the objective and subjective factors affecting its development, the source and composition, and the difficulties they have encountered in improving their teaching skills with teachers in transitional universities. It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the team construction of practice teaching in applied universities under the background of modern vocational education system.
