摘　　要：教师个人知识实质性地主导着教师的教育教学行为,是教师专业根基。本文从源泉、机制和途径三个方面论述了教师个人知识的生成。提出了个人的"偏见"是教师个人知识的源泉;视界融合是教师个人知识的生成机制;哲学探究、叙事、个人生活史分析和经验反思等是教师个人知识的生成途径。Teachers＇ personal knowledge substantially dominate his teaching behavior,it is the foundation of teacher＇s professional. This paper discusses the formation of teacher＇s personal knowledge from three aspects ： source,mechanism and approach. The proposed personal＂Prejudice＂is the source of teacher＇s personal knowledge; fusion of horizons is the generation mechanism of teacher＇s personal knowledge; philosophy research,narrative,analysis of one＇s life history,reflection of one＇s experience are the generating way of teacher＇s personal knowledge.
