摘  要:我国现代职业教育学制体系源于清末民初,深受东西方文化影响。在现代职业教育体系框架下,破除社会对高职教育的传统看法和思想偏见,先解决法律职业教育学制结构体系的完整性问题,再解决法律职业教育学制体系的修业年限问题,才具有实质意义。在此基础上,寻求课程体系改革、教学模式创新,乃至产教紧密融合、校企深度合作,以及师资队伍职业化、教学条件保障和国家政策支持等配套措施落地,方可形成学制体系建设的合力和助力,实现学制改革的愿景和目的。China's modern vocational education system started in the late Qing Dynasty and deeply influenced by eastern and western cultures. In order to change traditional views and dismiss prejudice toward higher vocational education in the modern vocational education system, we should first solve the integrity problem of education system in the legal vocational education before solving the problem of length of schooling. On the basis of the above, the vision and goal of reforming education system could be reached by reforming,curriculum system, improving teaching mode, closely integrating industry with education, developing cooperations between schools and enterprise, as well as implementing supporting measures such as teachers, teaching conditions and national policies.
