摘　　要：对在内分泌科参加住院医师规范化培训的学员采用Seminar教学法。在该种教学模式下,住院医师在带教老师的指导下进行专题研讨论。Seminar教学法充分调动了住院医师学习积极性,强化了住院医师的临床思维能力和科研能力,使其既能掌握所学知识、了解学科新进展,还有助于培养创新思维,提高其个人综合能力,获得了良好的教学效果。Seminar teaching method has been applied in teaching of endocrinology for standardized-training of resident physicians.It transforms the traditional teaching mode into a more active mode.In this teaching mode,the study enthusiasm,ability of clinical thinking and research have been improved.And most of students have mastered the knowledge and the related advances,which has achieved satisfactory teaching results.
