继续教育服务地方经济社会发展的思考——以云南大学继续教育为例

摘　　要：服务地方经济社会发展是高校的基本职能之一。继续教育培训作为高校服务社会的重要载体和途径以及人才培养体系的有机组成部分,在发展中面临着机遇与挑战并存,转型与发展同步的新形势。本文以云南大学继续教育为例,探讨其在服务地方经济社会发展中面临的困难,以及所引发的几点思考。Serving local economic and social development is one of the fundamental functions of colleges and universities.As an important path and carrier for Yunnan University to serve the society and a part of talents cultivating system,the continuing education of Yunnan University is faced with opportunities and challenges as well as transformation and development at the same time.Therefore,we must grasp the opportunity,change ideas,create brands,expand the market,transform the mechanism and promote the quality of service so as to create a new situation of the continuing education training gradually and strengthen its status as the one of the important ways for Yunnan university to serve the local economic and social development.
