摘  要:为评估某内燃动车组车下柴油发电机组的双层隔振系统隔振效果,对系统进行台架振动测试,根据加速度响应信号进行频域和时域传递特性分析,并结合振动评定指标评价该系统的隔振性能。然后,对车体和机组双层隔振系统进行模态实验和模态匹配性分析。结果表明,该系统隔振性能良好,且不与车体发生耦合共振,隔振参数设计合理。最后,通过车辆线路运行试验验证了分析结果。The double-layer vibration isolation system is widely used for vibration isolation of diesel generator groups in internal combustion multiple units. To evaluate the performance of the isolation system, a bench test was executed. Based on the measurement data of the acceleration response signal, the features of the vibration transmission of the system in time and frequency domains were analyzed. Then, the operational vibration isolation performance was evaluated according to the vibration isolation standard. And the modal match feature between the body and the diesel generator group’s isolation system was analyzed based on the model test data. The results show that this isolation system works well and the coupling resonance does not appear. The vibration isolation parameters of the isolation system are reasonable. Finally, the analysis results were validated by an operation test in a real railway track.
