摘　　要：一流城市需要一流教育。都市基础教育的现实需求、教师人才市场的激烈竞争和发达国家教育的成功经验都迫切需要都市的师范大学提高教师培养层次,并努力构建起"立交桥型"都市教师培养模式群。这一模式群包括学士型教师教育模式("3+1"模式、"4+1"模式)、学士后教师教育模式("3+3"模式、"4+2"模式、"4+3"模式)等相对独立、自成一体而又彼此沟通、相互联系的多层次、多功能教师培养模式群。First-class city needs first-class education.It is urgent to improve teachers＇ training level in normal university and construct the overpass model of urban teacher cultivation because of the current needs of urban elementary education,the encouragement and competition in teaching job market and the successful education experience from developed countries.The overpass model group includes undergraduate teacher education model（3＋1model,4＋1model）and after bachelor＇s teacher education model（3＋3model,4＋2model,4＋3model）,which are relatively independent and connected with each other as well.
