摘 要:目的应用进展性案例教学法开展护理教学,并评价其应用效果。方法将122名在校护理本科生分为两组,在内科护理学课程教学中,分别采用进展性案例教学法和普通护理案例教学法,为期1学年。通过测评实验前后两组学生的评判性思维能力和期末考试成绩,来评价进展性案例教学法的教学实施效果。结果 1学年后,试验组学生评判性思维能力总分为(303.77±15.24)分,对照组评判性思维能力总分为(288.34±13.94)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.415,P<0.001);试验组学生期末考试成绩为(73.77±10.34)分,对照组学生为(68.16±12.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.683,P=0.008)。结论进展性案例教学法有助于提高学生的评判性思维能力和学习成绩,效果优于普通的案例教学法。Objective To apply the unfolding case based learning in nursing education and evaluate the effectiveness. Methods Totally 122 undergraduate nursing students participated this one-year research program and were divided into two groups. The experiment group was taught with unfolding nursing cases, while the normal nursing cases were applied to the control group. The effectiveness of this pedagogical was evaluated via the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) and the final examination. Results After one year’s experiment,the experiment group scored 303.77 ±15.24 of CTDI-CV, while the control group scored 288.34 ±13.94. The difference was statistically significant. And the experiment group got significant better performance in the final examina-tion. Conclusions The pedagogics of applying unfolding nursing cases in nursing education is effective to facilitate the nursing students’ critical thinking and academic performance.
