摘 要:在全球扁平化的时代浪潮中,培养学生的核心素养,提供适合的教育,是各国教育的重要使命。2015年是世界教育目标年,联合国教科文组织、国际教育局发布了《处于争论和教育改革中的课程问题——为21世纪的课程议题做准备》等重要报告,从国际视野、国家利益层面厘清当前世界教育改革中所存在的诸如课程定位、课程概念界定、课程发展趋势等课程问题,明确21世纪课程改革要认清国家文化、价值观的重要性,促进教与学的齐头并进,构建整体综合的课程框架,正确处理教育的卓越度、公平度和包容度,以及注重推进教育信息化等新的发展趋势。在认识和借鉴国际课程教学改革及其经验的基础上,推动我国课程改革的积极稳步进行,提高学生在国际社会中的核心竞争力。In a flattening world, it is become more and more important for all countriesto prepare students with 21st century skills and provide individualized education. The year of 2015 is a milestone for international education development, and IBE released an important reportThe Curriculum in Debates and in Educational Reforms to 2030: for a Curriculum Agenda of the Twenty-first Century,which clarified key curriculum issues in education reform such asdimensions, functions,trend and so on.It is shown that the new trends of the 21st cur- riculum reform includes: 1 ) recognizing the importance of national culture and value identification, 2) promot- ing both teaching and learning, 3)constructing the integrated curriculum framework, 4) promoting botheduca- tion equity and quality, and 5) encouraging ICT in education. Only when we understand these international curriculum reform trends, can we promote our curriculum reform positively and steadily, so as to improve stu- dents' global competitiveness for the future.
