摘　　要：随着国家教育体制的改革及发展,各大高校越来越重视素质教育,坚持以人为本、不断推进素质教育建设。文章探索在高职院校学生社区建立素质教育模式,根据学生社区特点,确立素质教育模式的主要内容即学生自主管理、团队训练、创新创业教育,该研究对建立学生社区素质教育工作模式具有创新和有价值的尝试。With the reform and development of the national education system, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to quality education, and adhere to the people-oriented education principle and constantly push forward the construction of quality education. This paper makes an exploration on setting up quality education modes in college student communities. Besides, we analyze the establishment of students＇ autonomous management, team training, innovation and entrepreneurship education as the main content of the quality education modes in light of the characteristics of student communities. The research makes an innovative and valuable try at setting up quality education modes in college student communities.
