摘 要:将茶树菇、竹荪、平菇、香菇这四种常见食用菌母种接种到含有不同浓度茶树枝提取液制成的培养基上,通过观测培养基上食用菌菌丝的生长情况,研究茶树枝提取液对食用菌菌丝生长的影响,从中筛选出最适合的茶树枝提取液培养基。结果表明,茶树枝提取液浓度和菌丝的生长势、生长速度有一定的相关性;不同浓度的茶树枝提取液对茶树菇均有促进生长的作用,对香菇有抑制作用;高浓度茶树枝提取液抑制竹荪生长,对平菇有降低生长速度但能促进长势的作用。The four common edible fungui mycelium, such asAgrocybe Cylindracea, Bamboo Fungus, Oyster Mushroom, Sa- voury Mushroom,were inoculated to the medium, which made from different concentrations of tea tree extract liquid. The effects of tea extract on the growth of edible fungi were studied by observing and measuring the growth of the four edible fun- gi on the medium, from which selecting the most suitable tea tree extract medium. The results showed that there was a cer- tain correlation between the concentration of the tea tree extract liquid and the growth of mycelia; different concentrations of the tea tree extract liquid had growth-promoting effect on the Agrocybe Cylindracea, but growth-inhibiting on Savoury Mush- room; high concentration of tea tree extract liquid inhibited the growth of Bamboo Fungus, and for Oyster Mushroom, it slowed the growth rate but enhanced the growth.
