开放大学现代远程教育教学质量评价研究

摘　　要：保障开放大学远程教育教学质量亟须建立一套行之有效的教学质量评价体系。目前的教学质量评价存在一些问题,不利于开放大学教育质量的提高。国际开放与远程教育协会从目的与目标、课程设计、教学及测评、学习支持和指导、学习资源以及质量保证与提高等6个方面提出了一套质量评审标准,为构建开放大学的现代远程教育教学质量评价体系提供了有益的借鉴,有利于规范开放大学的教学质量评价工作并促进其教学质量的提升。It is very important to build a set of scientific and effective teaching quality evaluation system to guarantee the teaching quality. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality evaluation of Modern Distance Education in Open University, and discusses how to construct the teaching quality evaluation system of modern distance education in Open University based on the ICDE （International Open and Distance Education Association） quality evaluation standard from 6 aspects, that is, purpose and objective, curriculum design, teaching and assessment, learning support and guidance, learning resource, quality assurance and improvement, which standardize the teaching quality evaluation work of Open University and improve its teaching quality.
