摘　　要：加强和改进高校思想政治理论课,提高教学实效性,涉及方方面面的环节和问题。它是一项极为复杂的系统工程。提高高校思想政治理论课的教学质量,应明确课程目标的方向,把握教材内容的重点,找准教学过程的基点,筑好教学环节的桥梁,抓住理论认同的灵魂。Many aspects and problems are involved if the teaching of ideological and political theory is to be strength- ened and its effectiveness is to be improved. It is therefore a very complex systematic project. To improve the teaching quality of the course in universities, measures should be taken centering around five aspects ： clarifying the direction of the course, grasping the key contents, finding out the basic point in the teaching, building up a sound bridge, and grasping the spirit of theoretical identity.
