摘 要:通过回顾我国医师培养制度的发展历程,阐述1921年以来我国住院医师培养制度建立完善的四个重要阶段,并通过制度分析,对不同时期住院医师培训的对象、年限、管理制度等方面进行深入分析。分析结果表明,培训对象的人事属性已由"单位人"演变为"社会人"、培训阶段和年限逐步与国际接轨、培训基地的管理日渐规范和严格、培训经费保障及培训认证制度趋于完善。结合我国现阶段住院医师培养制度的实施现状与问题,提出完善配套制度、促进教育资源共享、强化高校培养角色、提升培训基地管理效率等措施。This paper reviewed the historical development of Chinese residents training system since 1921, which could be summarized into four important stages, with the analysis of the training object, training period and management system of resident training in different stages. The results showed that the personnel attribute of the training object had changed from "unit person" to "social man", training stage and period had been closed to international standards, the management of the training bases had been gradually standardized, the training funds and the training certification system also had been improved. According to the current situation and problems, the authors suggested to improve the supporting system, promote the sharing of educational resources, strengthen the role of university and enhance the management efficiency of training base.
