摘　　要：由于金融业在国民经济中的重要地位以及其自身业务活动的复杂性，金融信息化受到了极大重视，金融信息系统已成为中国国民经济管理信息系统中最重要的系统之一。金融信息化已向多元化发展，但仍面临信息化缺乏战略性的规划、服务产品研发和管理信息应用滞后、安全建设漏洞较多等诸多问题。因此，金融信息化人才培养就显得尤为重要。Due to the important position of the financial business activities, financial informatization has attracted industry in the national economy as well as its own complex great importance, and financial information system has become one of the most important systems in China＇s national economic management information system. Although financial informatization has tended to diversified development, it still faces issues like the lack of strategic planning, the lag of product research and management information application, the existence of security construction flaw. Therefore, talent training of financial informatization is particularly important.
