摘　　要：虚拟实验作为一种新的教学手段已逐步应用在医学课程的教学中。本文介绍了梅毒快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)虚拟实验的构建,以及在医学检验技术专业微生物学检验课程中的初步应用。学生和教师使用后认为,虚拟实验教学的开展是必要的,有利于提高学生的学习效率,可以作为传统实验教学的有力补充,将促进微生物学检验实验教学模式的改革。The virtual experiment has gradually been applied in medical teaching as a new method. This paper discussed the construction of a virtual experiment ofrapid plasma reagin test for syphilis（RPR）, and the application in microbiological testing for laboratory medicine major. The students and teachers considered that it is necessary to develop virtual experimental teaching. It improves the learning efficiency of students, and can be used as a supplement of traditional experiment teaching. It will pro- mote the innovation of the experimental teaching mode of microbiological testing.
