军校学员隐性逃课现象分析与对策

摘　　要：针对军校课堂上的学员隐性逃课现象,指出了隐性逃课的现状和隐性逃课的主要危害:对自身的危害、对教员的危害、对家庭的危害和对军校军队的危害,并从客观因素、教员因素、个体因素和外部激励不足四个方面分析了隐性逃课的主要原因,提出了通过增强教员讲课吸引力、激发学员听课兴趣、强化学员听课动机等方法抑制隐性逃课.In view of the cadets＇ recessive behavior on class in military schools, the status quo of recessive classes and its major harm are pointed out in this article, including the harms to the cadets themselves, their teachers, the military schools and forces, even their own families. And the main reasons for the cadets＇ recessive behavior on class are analyzed in terms of such four factors as the objective, the teachers＇, the individuals＇ and the insufficient external motivations. It is put forward that the cadets＇ recessive behavior on class can be restrained by advancing the teachers＇ lecturing attraction, arousing the cadets＇ interests in listening and intensifying their motivations of attending class and so on.
