摘　　要：根据国家职业教育工作会议精神,结合河南机电高等专科学校多年的高等职业教育办学经验,以学校与新乡市天光科技有限公司的合作为例,总结了校企一体化办学的理念、做法和取得的效果。According to the national vocational school spirit, combined with the Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College for many years of higher vocational education experience, Take the Touch Screen Glass Technology Co. Ltd （Xinxiang） as an example, the concept, practice and result of the integration of enterprise are summarized, the significance of the personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
