摘  要:全面提升职业教育质量,创新人才培养模式和教育教学方法是整个国民经济转型升级的关键所在,借鉴外国经验并推行现代学徒制是目前一个重要举措。通过江苏财经职业技术学院汽车技术服务与营销专业的合作办学项目,从双主体嵌入式现代学徒制的实施背景条件,校企联合招生方式,管理与运行,人才培养中的课程体系重构、教学内容重组、质量评价方法重建等方面进行五年的实践和有效探索,取得了社会满意、用户满意、学生满意的教学成绩,形成了"依托双主体、嵌入学徒制"现代学徒制的管理运行机制和实施方法。The key to the transformation and upgrading of the national economy is to comprehensively enhance the quality of vocational education, and innovate talent cultivation pattern and teaching method. Learning foreign experience and implementing the modern apprenticeship is an important initiatives currently. Through the cooperative education program of automobile technology service and marketing specialty, Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics has launched five years of practice and effective exploration from background conditions, enrollment mode by school and enterprise jointly, management and operation, course system reconstruction for personnel training, and teaching content reconstruction, and quality evaluation method reconstruction in the implementation of the double subject embedded modern apprenticeship, and has achieved teaching achievements satisfied by society, customer satisfaction and students, and formed a"relying on double subject, embedded apprenticeship"managing and operating mechanism and implementation method for modern apprenticeship.
