应用技术本科院校体育基础课程教学与专业人才培养对接的策略

摘　　要：作为公共基础课程,体育课程要发挥好服务应用技术专门人才培养的支撑作用,需要寻求融合要素,以课程为载体,从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施等方面实现体育课程教学与专业人才培养的全面对接,同时注重引导体育师资转型发展,即从教学型转向教学型与科研型并重,从通才型转向通才型与专才型并重,从技术型转向技术型与反思型并重。As the public foundation courses, to give full play to serve the cultivation of applied technology specialized personnel, physical education curricula need to seek the fusion elements and regard the courses as the carrier to realize the comprehensive docking between physical education curriculum teaching and professional talent training from curriculum goal, curriculum content and curriculum implementation, etc. And it is important to pay attention to guide physical education teachers to transform and develop from teaching teachers to teachers engaging in teaching and science research simultaneously, from general teachers to teachers with general and specialized abilities, from technology-based teachers to technology and introspection-based teachers.
