摘 要:绩效主义、城市主义和机械主义是媚俗的本质力量。绩效主义消解了乡村教师的主体性、工作质量,使教师沦为绩效的奴隶,破坏了城乡教师均衡的内生性质;城市主义使乡村教师模仿城市生活,遮蔽了乡村教师作为乡土知识分子的社会责任,破坏了城乡教师平等对话的基础;机械主义使基层教师的发展沦为一个控制与被控制的过程,破坏了城乡教师生命的自治样式,加剧了城乡教师的同质化,消解了城乡教师均衡的权力基础。Performance, urbanism and mechanism are the main sources of kitsch. Performance makes rural teachers lose their subjectivity and the quality of work,makes them become slaves of performance,and destroys the balance of endogenous nature of teachers in urban and rural areas. Urbanism leads rural teachers to imitate the life of urban teachers,to cover their independent personality and sense of social responsibility as intellectual,to destroy their special capital of equal dialogue with urban teachers. Mechanism damages the autonomy style of life, makes the development of urban and rural teachers be a controlling and controlled procedure, exacerbates urban and rural teachers’ homogenization, and dispels the balance of the power bases of urban and rural teachers.
