摘 要:化工原理实验课程不但是化工原理课程体系的重要组成部分,也是一门工程性很强的技术课程,在基础课与专业课之间起着由理及工的桥梁作用。在"工程教育专业认证"和"本科教学工程"的背景下,化工原理实验课程的教学方法研究至关重要。根据多年的教学实践经验,郑州大学提出了五步教学法这一讲授化工原理实验课程的新方法。教学效果表明,化工原理实验课程五步教学法有利于培养学生的工程理念和动手实践能力,有利于提高教学质量。Chemical engineering principles experiment course is not only an important part of the course system of chemical engineering principles, but also a technical course with the focuses of practicality and engineering. It takes on the function as a bridge from natural science to engineering science between foun- dation courses and specialized courses. In the background of engineering education professional certifica- tion and undergraduate teaching project, the teaching method research is crucial to chemical engineering principles experiment course. According to the teaching experience for many years, a new method named five-steps teaching method about chemical engineering principles experiment course is put forward by Zhengzhou University. The investigation of teaching effect shows that the five-steps teaching method is beneficial to develop the students engineering idea and ability of practice, which is also beneficial to im- prove the teaching quality of chemical engineering principles experiment course.
