摘　　要：本文从现代职业教育体系视角,针对通信工程专业的社会需求,提出了提供学习者自主选择权的模块化人才培养课程体系,并将模块课程的教学融合高端职业技能培养内容,开展学历学位证书与职业资格证书有效衔接的"双证书"制度。实践证明,通信工程专业人才培养方案改革激发了学生的学习兴趣,增加了学生就业竞争力。According to the demand of the society, the paper gives an example of engineering education of commu- nication engineering specialty based on modem vocational and technical system. The paper described modular cour- ses which are selected by students. The teaching of module is filled with high professional skills. The system com- bined undergraduate degree with industry certification. The practice results indicate that the teaching plan reform of Communication Engineering Specialty can improve students＂ interest and make them to acquire high quality jobs.
