摘 要:为不断提升大学声望,提高人才培养质量,增强国际竞争力,墨尔本大学于2005年启动了"墨尔本模式"(墨尔本大学课程改革)。"墨尔本课程"发展的特点在于:本科课程注重灵活性和准备性,研究生课程注重多样性和适用性,实践课程注重应用性和情境性,在线课程注重及时性和交互性,分别使学生的课堂体验、研究体验、实践体验、在线体验达到最优效果,学生获得独特的墨尔本教育体验。"墨尔本课程"发展对我国大学课程改革的启示在于:注重提升人才培养质量,以课程改革为中心推动大学发展;注重提升终身学习能力,以研究型导向贯穿教学过程;注重提升职业生涯能力,以可雇佣性技能框架为人才培养的目标指南;注重提升线上课程质量,以在线教育新平台建立大学声望。In the year 2005,the University of Melbourne announced a major institutional reform named as"Melbourne Model"in order to grow esteem,to improve the quality and to take up some of the challenges of international higher education competition. The "Melbourne Curriculum"was characterized by distinctive "Melbourne Experience" which contributes to excellent classroom experience,research experience,practice exp erience,e-learning experience as follows: undergraduate courses focus on flexibility and preliminary,postgraduate courses focus on diversity and feasibility,practical courses focus on applicability and situationality,and online courses focus on timeliness and interactivity. The development of "Melbourne Curriculum"highlights the quality of talent training and the development of university centered on the curriculum reform,to promote lifelong learning ability and direct research throughout the teaching process,to develop career skill and guide with employability skills framework,to improve the quality of online courses and establishing reputation of a famous university on a new platform.
