摘　　要：终身教育是一个国家成为学习型国家,打造学习社会的必由之路。新加坡国家领导人非常重视发展终身教育,并从财力投入、设立奖学金、倡导自主和协作学习、重视师资培训等方面重视和支持发展终身教育,在教育战略规划中力推终身教育,强化学校教育体系,并借助成人教育机构助推终身教育,为"乐龄人士"营造舒适的终身教育空间。Lifelong education is the only way to creating a learning country and a learning society. The leaders of Singapore attach great importance to the development of lifelong education. They support the lifelong education by financial investment, establis- hing scholarships, advocating autonomous and collaborative learning, and emphasizing teacher training. In addition, Singapore also pushes for lifelong education in education strategic planning, strengthens school education system, boosts lifelong education with the help of adult education institutions, and creates a comfortable lifelong education space for ＂senior citizens＂.
