摘　　要：课程建设是培养人才的核心要素。在英语类专业课程建设中,要确保人才培养目标与课程体系的吻合度、课程设置与社会需求的适应度以及课程设置与师资队伍和教学资源的保障度,以提高人才培养质量。Curriculum construction is the core of talent training and development. In the curriculum con- struction of English majors, it is essential to ensure the fitness of the curriculum system with the talent culti- vation objectives, the adaptation of the curriculum settings to social needs, and the guarantee of high- quality teachers and adequate teaching resources for curriculum implementation, thus raising the quality of talent training and development.
