摘  要:通过测定菌丝生长速度及麦角甾醇含量对蛹虫草及金针菇菌糠培养杏鲍菇的效果进行评价。结果表明:大米类和小麦类蛹虫草菌糠总氮含量分别为2.15%和1.90%。小麦类菌糠比大米类更利于杏鲍菇菌丝的生长,添加量为10%时,杏鲍菇菌丝生长速度为3.8 mm/d,其次是添加量为20%的大米类菌糠,为3.6 mm/d。这两组培养基中杏鲍菇菌丝含麦角甾醇最高,分别为0.30μg/g和0.23μg/g。蛹虫草菌糠可作为补充氮源用于金针菇菌糠培养杏鲍菇。The effect of substrates spent by Cordyceps militaris and Flammulina velutipes on culture of Pleurotus eryngii was evaluated by determing mycelial growth rate and the ergosterol content of mycelia. The results showed that nitrogen contents of substrates containing rice or wheat were 2.15% and 1.90% , respectively. Substrates consisted of wheat were better than rice for the growth of P. eryngii. The myceli- al growth rate was recorded at 3.8 mm/d when supplemented with 10% of wheat substrates. And the my- celial growth rate was 3.6 mm/d when P. eryngii grew on substrates with 20% of rice media. The con- tents of ergosterol in mycelia from these two treatments were highest, recorded at 0.30 ug/g and 0.23 ug/g, respectively. According to the results, substrates spent by C. militaris could be used as nitrogen supplement to substrates spent by F. velutipes for culture of P. eryngii.
