摘 要:近年来,翻转课堂的模式正受到越来越多的重视,相关研究已经成为教育领域的热点。该文以一个课外英语培训机构中某班级的四名学生和一名老师为对象,采用质性研究方法,对他们在翻转课堂中的学习过程进行了研究。研究发现:第一,学习者更多在网上记笔记;第二,在翻转课堂教学模式中,教师对知识结构的建立和梳理非常重要;第三,从理论上看,翻转课堂教学模式提供了重复学习的条件,但从实践上看,重复学习的实现还需要学习动机的支持。In recent years, flipped classroom has been more and more popular in education field. We have been studying the learning process of students in an extra-curricular English teaching institution, where flipped classroom is used. In this paper, we use qualitative research method, and research objects of study are four students and a teacher in one class. After data analysis, we have got three conclusions: Firstly, learners prefer taking notes online to doing that in face-to-face class; Secondly, in the flipped classroom, it is very important for teachers to build knowledge construction and summarizing; Thirdly, from the perspective of theory, flipped classroom provides the chances of repeating learning for students. However, in practice, learners also need intrinsic learning motivation to fulfill repeating learning.
