体育硕士专业学位研究生教学质量外部保障体系研究

摘　　要：体育硕士专业学位是以培养高层次、应用型的体育专门人才为目标的一种学位。在招生规模不断扩大的形势下,保障教学质量对促进专业学位教育又好又快地发展有重要意义。本研究主要采用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法和案例分析法。体育硕士专业学位研究生教学质量外部保障体系包括教学资质保障和教学水平评估两部分,前者包括认证制度和学位审核制度,后者包括基准水平评估、定期水平评估和学科排名制度。我国在授权单位审核和水平评估方面做了很长时间的尝试和探索,在学科基准的制定上还处于薄弱环节,专业学位研究生在学科和专业基准上的规格要求还有待明确。Sports masters＇ degree aims to cultivate high- level,application- oriented talents for sport. Under the augmentation of enrollment scale,guaranteeing teaching quality has significance in promoting good and rapid development of professional degree education. With methods of literature,investigation and case analysis,the paper suggests that external guarantee system of teaching quality of sports masters＇ degree includes the two parts of teaching qualifications guarantee and assessment of teaching level. The former includes authentication system and degree audit system. The latter includes benchmark evaluation,regular level evaluation and subject ranking.China has spent much time and tried to explore the audit of authorizing units and level evaluation,but it is still weak in subject benchmark- setting. Subject and specialty standard specification of professional degree still wait to be made clear.
