摘 要:拟将PBL教学法和教学查房相结合,从查房前准备及沟通、查房互动教学及查房后讨论提高等3个阶段来探讨PBL式中医教学查房的新方案,以有效增强实习医师发现、研讨、解决问题的能力。Chinese teaching rounds are the most comprehensive programs of hospital practice teaching, however, the status of implementation is still teaching as the main way to instill, and it is difficult to achieve the goal of good teaching. This paper intends to combine PBL pedagogy and teaching rounds, and explores a new type of Chinese medicine teaching rounds with PBL and from three stages of preparation and communication before rounds, interactive teaching in rounds and discussion after rounds, in order to enhance the interns' ability of discovering, seminars and problem-solving effectively.
