Simulation and Analysis of Pantograph-catenary Arc Steady-state Characteristics during Static Lifting and Lowering of High-speed Railway Pantograph

摘  要:利用CFD流体计算软件包,并对其进行二次开发,针对高速列车起动时,弓网系统静态升降弓过程中弓网电弧稳态燃烧特性,建立电弧的二维MHD仿真计算模型。考虑电弧对滑板及接触线的热传导特性,仿真得出电弧稳定燃烧时,电弧弧柱区及滑板和接触线内部的温度场分布情况。结果表明,随着电弧电流的不断增加,电弧弧柱区的最高温度变化量较小,弧柱半径不断增大,电弧对接触线和滑板的热传导量增多,且电弧对滑板的热传导量升高程度较接触线更明显,滑板表面的电气磨损程度较接触线表面更为严重。Based on the CFD fluid simulation and calculation package,upon which the secondary development was conducted,a two dimensional MHD simulation model of arc was established to model the steady state combustion characteristics of the pantograph-catenary arc during the steady state lifting and lowering of pantograph when high speed train started.After the heat conduction characteristics from arc to pantograph slide and catenary line were considered,the temperature field distribution in the arc column,pantograph slide and catenary line when the arc stayed in steady-state was obtained by simulation.The results showed that the increase of arc current resulted in minor variation of maximum temperature of arc column,increased radius of arc column and increased heat conduction from the arc to pantograph slide and catenary line.Further,the increase of the heat conduction from the arc to pantograph slide was more obvious than the heat conduction from the arc to the catenary line.The electric wear of the surface of the pantograph the slide due to arc was more serious than that of catenary line.
