食品中铝的测定及食源铝污染的初步研究

摘  要:铝是人体不可或缺的一种微量元素,在食品工业及医药行业中应用非常广泛。随着人们生活水平的不断提升,人们对于食品中铝含量与人体健康之间的关系关注度也越来越高。基于此,在对食源铝污染现状进行简单分析的基础上,简单介绍常用的食品中铝的测定方法,并提出相应的控制食源铝污染的措施。Aluminum is a kind of trace elements necessary for human body, it has a very wide range of applications in the food industry and pharmaceutical industry, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people for food between the aluminum content and human health concern with the relationship is more and more high. Based on this, this paper mainly on the simple analysis of the status of aluminum pollution in food source, briefly introduced a method for the determination of aluminium in common food, and putted forward corresponding control feed aluminum pollution measures.
